I think the biggest gauge was people on the street talking about it. The first few episodes, we didn’t have that. And then, all of a sudden, in a subway station in Columbus Circle in New York, this tourist family came up to me. They were like, “You’re gonna get all the money! Cousin Greg! Oh, my God, can we have a picture with Cousin Greg? You’re gonna get everything. We know it.” And I was like, “Damn, people are fucking stoked. This has penetrated into something. They believe in Greg!”
“I think about you all the time. I think about what you’re wearing and what you’re doing and who you’re doing it with. I think about what friends you have. I think about what you eat before you work, or what shampoo you use and what happened in your family. I think about your eyes and your mouth and what you feel when you kill someone. I think about what you have for breakfast… I just wanna know everything.” - Killing Eve, Series 1.
“It is December, and nobody asked if I was ready.”
Big misconception about me: I’m not sassy—I don’t like that word—or thick-skinned just because I’m a comedian. I’m peppy and vulnerable and a lovebug, and that’s what drew me to comedy.
